Charles and Lee are the COO and CEO of Robert Mattingly & Sons, respectively. Both men have over 45 years of experience in commercial construction. Over time, they have developed specific business goals, organized a plan to accomplish those goals and consistently looked for methods to increase productivity and continue improvement. They remain extremely active in the company’s marketing and operations.

Bob Mattingly, Vice President
Sean Mattingly, Robert Mattingly & Sons’ President, attended Eastern Kentucky University and majored in construction management. The firm’s vice president, Bob Mattingly, took an identical route to that of his cousin. Both men have over 18 years of experience in commercial construction. And both have considerable backgrounds in project management. By dealing with their own respective projects, they have amassed invaluable experience in the construction industry.
